“Overbulked steroid look”?? Good lord.
Yeah…On that phrase alone I would recommend that the OP and his GF just start lifting weights and enjoy the newbie gains together. No one with the slightest bit of actual training knowledge would ever suggest something so retarded.
It’s not retarded.
I’m well aware that it’s virtually impossible for women to get that look no matter how hard they train. However Indigo-3G is a 'magic game changer that makes muscle grow by leaps and bounds while sheddding fat" so I just thought I’d ask.
If you have something that pushes nutrients into the cell and causes muscle growth there is the potential for that. I’m well aware that in addition to that the testosterone in the steroids is what overbulks women.
Why do you people always assume that just because someone is newer on the training ladder that it means they don’t know anything that they are talking about.
P.S. every time I post on here I get hate mail back. I think all of your testosterone protocols are screwing with your head. I never get that on any other board.
Last time I tried to ask some legitimate questions about the biochemistry of Biotest products and how it might effect certain diereses only to get a bunch of non-sense back.
Maybe one of you could explain, in detail why Spike is supposedly contra-indicated for fibromyalsia. I was told this on the thread but no explanation. I know thiamine is good for it so I would have expected the CNS analog to work well. No answers though even though there is the appearance of people who should be able to answer the question.

As was pointed out by another poster, you’re thinking of HOT-ROX, not Spike. They did make a supplement specifically for fibromyalgia called Myalgistat but I think it got squashed because they didn’t get FDA approval prior to its release.
