Never felt great warming up. Pushed through. Kept squats at the minimum. Starting feeling better after those (lol). Press felt good, but strength was definitely down. Same for chins.and deadlift. None of the usual snappy feeling today at all.
Birthday yesterday was rather glutinous
Slept in, had breakfast with the family. Worked a couple of hours…then the wife took me out for lunch to a great pub up on the Northside side of the city.
Got stuck into the bourbons…came home half tipsy haha. Had a couple more with a neighbour, then onto my daughter’s school production. Proud dad moment there for sure.
Never got a chance to fit any training in. Eh.

I think I’m Maybe pushing harder than DJ recommends. I mean, I’m finding it hard Not to hahaha. Just not my nature to go easy. Today though, the squat and press felt particularly strong…so maybe not.
Away for work again tonight. So will be up at Sparrows Fart to.train at the local CrossFit gym here. More farmers walks I reckon. Killa.
Back was a little bit shit this morning hence the lighter SLDL’s. But the front squats felt Mickey Mouse. Press and Chinups also.

Like last season, I felt the need to just Chip the best 5 set. 93kg. Still easy. Be great to see 100kg x 5 happen a few times before the end of the month.
