Everything felt pretty ok to be honest. A bit tight to begin with but nothing my regular warmup routine didn’t sort out. Happy with that for a first day back.
Conditioning was shot I must say!
Got no excuses not to work on that with all the stuff I got here and plenty of time this coming week.
Perhaps a circuit tomorrow with a couple things. Thinking Battle rope or burpee if shoulder doesn’t mind, mixed with some sandbag. Move until dead. Wish me bloody luck with that. Haha. Good news is that my pool has crept up to 19 degrees…so can fall into that afterwards.

Solid hills walk this morning with the mutts. They were up for it too so it was as brisk as I could make it. Wind blowing too made it more uncomfortable. Good.

30-40 minutes I feel… pretty good to be fair.
