That’s the thing Ponce, no one wants to get real. 8th largest economy in the world, and it’s run by people who live in a fantasy land. I am shocked that our state legislature also doesn’t double for characters on Pee Wee’s Playhouse.
I just think that those with the most danger and responsibility (cops, fire, EMT) should be paid the most, and the most protected with their jobs. No one gives a shit about DMV workers. Teachers here are also tenured too quickly and it’s damn near impossible to get a bad teacher fired. They are just shuffled around. The day of reckoning is coming, Brown won’t get his taxes. We voted down a 2 yr extension, I don’t know why he thinks he will get a 5 yr extension.
