Will YOU Turn & Make Your Stand?

It can be done. Time to turn and make your stand.

What a stupid way to do battle. I prefer this:

On Tuesday, it is time…time to make your stand.

Obama has all the money. He has the media in his pocket. Most of the world is behind him. The odds against us are long.

Will you turn and make your stand?

On Tuesday, I’ll be standing by a polling station with a “vote for anyone but Obama” type sign here in Boston. With all the college kids and liberal wackos around here, I fully expect to get threatened, stuff thrown at me, etc.

Further, if the “fairness doctrine” or any other kind of bullshit is seriously considered in the Pelosi-Reid-Obama regime, I will organize a fucking march in DC. I will camp out there. I will make noise. Fuck it. I have the money, the means, the contacts, the time.

I will not stand by while these clueless fucks abandon history and principle in pursuit of their arrogant dreams.

Katzen, my hat is off to you. That was a great post and got my blood boiling!

A vote for anyone but Mccain IS a vote for Obama. That may suck, but that’s just the undeniable reality.

Then McCain will be basically a lame-duck president at the beginning of his term. It would appear the GOP is going to lose the Senate and House and he will accomplish little to nothing.

It was interesting though, I was listening to NPR (National Public Radio)this morning and it is amazing how many Republicans are turning against him. Rush Limbaugh said "we need to save the USA from Obama-mania and then we need to save the USA from John McCain. He (McCain) appears to have really pissed off scores of “traditional conservative” Republicans, with Palin and his crazy antics. A lot of people are still mad that he signed the bail-out (I fully agree on that). They seemed to feel he would lose next Tuesday
and they were more interested in the Senate/House elections in 2010 and restoring a much needed order (truer words were never spoken) to the a Republican Party so removed from their original goals that they are basically indecipherable from the Democrats. No matter what happens I will be glad to see November 5th.

Get a grip. Go vote, go help a campaign, just actually do something constructive. Conservatives should not moan, its unbecoming of rugged individualists. I already voted and going to to work for Obama. I hope that you all just keep on ranting through election day. Then you all can feel as blue as the election map.

This isn’t the Alamo and you are neither Jim Bowie nor Davie Crockett. Do something real and get involved. Don’t just commiserate online. I hope I piss off somebody enough that you actually do something. I don’t mind a true conservative, but I hate apathy, whining and Neo-cons…

Uhhhhh - the republicans lost the house and the senate 2 years ago.

Try and keep up.

And the left uses the term “neo-con” as if they know what the fuck it means.

You don’t. Find a different epithet.

The issue is not neo-cons on this site. The issue is conservatives having a real hard time getting behind a neo-con.

I don’t think there are many neocons on this site. Most of the conservatives are libertarian. I don’t agree with all of the libertarian positions, but I respect them. They are at least logically consistent. The modern neoconservatives have an odd mix of foreign intervention and pro-business (while often simultaneously anti-market) views. Anyone that trashes the Bill of Rights can’t be all that conservative to me. There is nothing more politically conservative than conserving the Bill of Rights.

Like I said. You don’t know what it means.

Nice try, but you proved me correct instead.

Enlighten me, o master of conservative thought.

I don’t think anybody could be more opposed to taxation or government social programs and intrusion than I am, but I also recognize that the current state of military technology and geo-politics (which is essentially what it’s always been) does not allow for any other option than preemptive deployment.

So I guess I’m half a neocon to those who endow that word with meaning and couldn’t care less who likes it or not

No need to take a stand- you won’t be saying anything they haven’t already heard 100 times. Just sit back and watch them destroy themselves. Their destiny is one of utter destruction and devastation.

LOL. Keep wearing those tin foil hats motherfuckers, and “making your stand”.

All this shit be done on Tuesday…and then in three months, it’s “President Obama”.

It’s going to be good to hear.

I still think McCain is going to win by ~5% but I would recommend buying your rifles, mags, and ammo now. If Obama wins Tuesday then you’re looking at being at the end of a VERY long waiting list.
