After a full week off it’s back to training for my next meet already. I had a lot of fun at this one and would like to continue competing. So we are going to work toward the SPF meet in March in Knoxville, TN.
Saturday November 15, 2013 - Bench Day at the Rush
Bench - Worked up to 85lbs for 2 sets of 5 and 1 set all out. Hit both sets of 5 and last set hit 10 reps.
Incline Bench - 65lbs for 6,5,4,3,2,1 with minimal rest between sets
DB Rows 8 sets of 10 (first 3 sets with 15lbs, last 5 sets with 20lbs.)
Rollbacks 5 sets of 8 with 10lbs
Sunday November 16, 2013 - Squat/Deadlift Day
Squat - Worked up to 135lbs for 2 sets of 5 and 1 set of all out. Hit both sets of 5 and last set hit 15 reps.
RDL’s - 4 sets of 8 with 95lbs.
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 12 with 50lbs.
Glute/Hams - 2 sets of 5 and 1 set of 10 with BW.

Unfortunately, I think that might be a little to far to be traveling right now. Plus I don’t like riding that long I’m scared of planes and no way I’m gonna survive that long of a travel with Dustin once his leg starts bothering him haha. I think for now were just gonna stuck to closer ones
I finaly got my wife to set up a profile. Stay at home dad that I am, I flipped on my training log here at T nation, and there was a message from Anytimejess, it says “since this is the only way to get your attention, clean the house while I’m at work” LOL, I thought you and Reed might get a kick out of this, anyway now that she has a profile, I’ll try and get her here to become more focused on PLing. December 4, 2013 Hex Bar Deadlift
Hex Bar Deadlift:
2 set 3 with 260lbs.
1 set of 4ish with 260lbs. Last rep slipped out of my hand pretty quick.
GHR:
4 sets of 10 reps BW
Leg Curls
4 sets of 10 with 30 lbs. (Got to get my hamstrings strong)
Calf Raises:
3 sets of 10 with BW.
Bench Day at the Rush
Bench Press:
Worked up to 95lbs 1,2,3,4,5,6 reps with competition pause.
95lbs for 11 reps PR.
Face Pulls - 3 sets of 10 with 15lbs, 2 sets of 10 with 20 lbs.
Inclince DB Press - 3 sets of 15lbs for 12 reps,
2 sets of 20lbs for 10 reps.
Cable Hammer Curls

Straight Bar Tricep PressDown:
15lbs/20lbs for 3 sets of 10 reps
