So if God made everything… Who/what created God?

Come up with a better hypothesis for it’s explanation.
This should lead to an interesting exchange, due to the fact that you two represent opposite sides of the intelligence spectrum.
Why the fuck are you on my dick in every thread? Seriously back the fuck off.
I didn’t feel like getting into it so I left it plain and simple.
Probably because you make some of the most ignorant posts on this site of late. Here’s were you talk about my chin not having muscles, and how you will kick my ass, or call me gay because I look at pictures of muscular men. You act like a punk bitch, so I treat you like one, plain and simple.
And you left it alone because your shockingly smart enough to know that you couldn’t keep up with DD in a discussion about fucking dandelions.
When did I ever attack you? Seriously just stfu and mind your own.
And whats with being on DD’s nuts also? I’m glad you praised him so many times for being ‘smart.’

Your a spineless coward that talks shit over the INTERNET.

I’m not sure how saying that a supreme being created us is a good hypothesis to begin with. What you’re stating with the God hypothesis is that there exist a consciousness/being that resides outside of all natural laws of the universe. If it doesn’t adhere to the natural laws, it’s existence cannot be disproved, and thus the God hypothesis is not valid. It cannot be tested.
Lack of an ability to test in no way invalidates a theory, many theories are though up before they are testable. Relativistic theory didn’t start being tested till decades after Einstein died.
Existence itself violates “natural law”. This is in quotes because there is no absolute law. Every thing in science EVEN THEORETICAL has an error term.
There is no testable theory regarding existence of matter. Evolution and creation are not mutually exclusive. That’s like saying The burrito can’t have chicken because it has beans. Same with genesis and the big band. I believe even the “oh so backwards” Catholics accept both evolution and the big bang. Being a Christian does not mean you reject any science as you seem to think. Much less belief in god in general.
I’m not saying that God doesn’t exist, but please don’t pretend that the religious version of creation is a hypothesis or theory or anything of that kind.
It most certainly is a hypothesis to existence and purpose, areas where science is an entirely insufficient tool.

man, i don’t care what your religion is, you just can’t hit a woman like that. No sane God would want a human being to hurt another one.

Lmao, okay I gotta say that was pretty funny.
Here’s a couple of examples of something I cannot understand and that these things actually happened to me makes me at least wonder how anyone can think that there’s “nothing” after life on Earth.
(This may seem stupid to you since none of you were there or are just non-believers but…)
I met a girl at a new job I got several years ago. She introduced me to her friend and we kinda-sorta dated. After some time, these girls told me about “Randy” whom they talked to often through the Ouija Board (I can hear the name-calling now!).
They asked me to sit in with them and ask some question that only I knew the answer to. So I asked “Randy” if he knew Amy (a girl from school who comitted suicide years earlier). The pointer, with the girls holding it, pointed to “yes”. I asked how she died (I already knew the answer) and it spelled out “hart pills”. Misspelled but absolutely correct as she overdosed on her cardiac meds. I’d say only family knew the details and I was told by one of them. This was 6 or 7 years before, from another part of the state and about a girl 4 years older than my two friends here. No way in Hell “hart pills” was a lucky guess.
Second question was about my ex-girlfriend’s baby sister who died in childbirth. Not only did “Randy” know the baby, but it spelled out her name right in front of me (Gabrielle). Now this tragic event happened 15 years before this day and involved a terrible tragedy that very few family members even knew about, let along two strangers, from several towns away not in the same age range.
By this time, both girls were sobbing uncontrollably. There were no questions asked of me, no clues, no way the answers were good guesses or derived from input from me, just names and facts out of the blue. I was very skeptical so I knew to not be lead into giving clues. The girls were silent the entire time.
I don’t have an explaination for these events but it sure makes me wonder to this very day.
And WOW is this off-topic!

Lol, you know what, you win. I have enough evidence to convict me to an eternity in hell, I don’t need “picking on a retard” added to the list.

I seriously wish I didn’t understand what you say.
I think your one of the biggest idiots/tools on this site. Maybe your E-friends (and yourself) don’t want to admit it, but your a fucking prick. You make yourself look like a no life coming here on this site talking shit to everyone that’s practically new. I’ve seen the countless threads you post in, I guess mommy and daddy didn’t give you enough attention.
But i’m done with playing child games with you.

Although certain implications of Einstein’s relativistic theory couldn’t be tested until the technology was developed, many aspect of relativity were tested - either directly in lab experiments or through thought experiments. However, your premise that a theory does not need to be testable to be a capital-T Theory is partially correct, yet very flawed in the context of applying the scientific Theory to the God question. I assume you are referring to Cosmological theories that cannot be tested at the scale of human ability. However, these theories are still valid because they do not require any element that exists beyond the physical laws of the universe. Also, cosmological theories can be predicted and observed.
I’m not sure if this statement is an attempt to invalidate the known physical laws of the universe based on an incorrect and unfair usage of error, but I fail to see how this has any merit in your argument.
This is almost so incoherent as to have no meaning.
If science is insufficient to answer these areas, to which I wholeheartedly agree, why do you insist on using scientific jargon? I think a more precise term for the God hypothesis would be the God postulate - more akin to philosophy than science - which is really where this discussion belongs anyway.

Not anymore. I was about 20 at the time. Age isn’t the issue. The issue is that lots of things (specific in this case) happen that cannot be explained by science. Lack of a scientific explaination doesn’t make them go away.
But that was a good guess you had, good for you young man.
Wait, you use “VTBalla34” as a screen name and you ask if I’m 12?

What part of relativity was tested while Einstein was alive? There are countless theories that are not currently testable. String theory and other unification theories. Evolution. Things like the big bang. Not testable. Now there are observational studies, but exactly 0 tests for any of these things. No testability, no scientific method. However, as I was stating before I consider existence observational evidence of a higher power.
Though it isnâ??t testable it can still certainly qualify and a theory.
I just donâ??t buy the laws of the universe statement. Scientific predestination is scientifically impossible which is what is generally insinuated by calling them laws.
I responded to your paragraph sentence by sentence. The short version being, your assumption of certain options being mutually exclusive is completely false.
Scientific jargon? Are you really insinuating you are displeased with my semantics and thatâ??s what got you started?
Technically a theory as a word was in use long before and modern science. Even though I could show you how the theory of a creator fulfills even the modern scientific definition, it is most certainly a philosophical theory and deserves the title.

Your sarcasm and concern with my screen name is duly noted, but you were still playing with an Ouija board when you were 20? AND think it’s amazing that it guessed answers that only you know the answer to while you were holding the damn thing? If this blows your mind, I would be interested in seeing your reaction to a discussion on string theory or particle physics! lol
It doesn’t exactly take a rocket scientist to understand how Ouija boards work. And I hate to break it to you but the guy at Parker Brothers’ labor factory in China assembling these things for 50 cents a day didn’t channel some dead guys spirit into a plastic paperweight! lol
Just because I’m feeling generous, here is an opportunity for you to educate yourself:
Old dogs, new tricks. Enjoy
people are too serious about religion
too serious about arguing where we came from at all for that matter.
while i understand everyone has curiosity towards it, at the end of the day it doesn’t really matter. im not saying you cant be interested but theres no need to fight over trivial stuff because everything still unfolds the way it does with or without you. it doesnt even matter if god exists or if the big bang happened. just live your life because when you die, the same thing will happen regardless of whether you think God, The Big Bang, or Giant Toads created the universe.
