Yeah, overhead BB work is okay.
It has been about 5 weeks.
I haven’t gotten it looked at. I’ve been through the same thing on this shoulder some years back. It was a partially torn rotator cuff. I’m guessing I either re-tore it or tore the scar tissue that was there.
It is slowly getting better. I’m to the point I’m starting to get in some stretching and strengthening work on it on my off days. I can now actually hold the bar in a back squat position but can’t really hold weight yet.

I did actually grow up listening to my dad’s vinyl, But I never owned any. My dad used to put on Echos for us to go to sleep listening to.

This is not good or strong, but this is the last time I was able to do a Widowmaker successfully. Was very late July. 245 x 20.
Pretty much the week this happened and all the weeks since my lower back has gone to hell, and I can probably count the number of times I’ve trained legs since then on two hands.
