BAD-ASS.

This thread rocks with awesomeness.

Should post some of mine soon… once I get rid of this bleeping jetlag…

My afternoon of pain yesterday consisted of 315x20 squats and then getting tattooed for 4 hours to have my half sleeve finished.

Damn. Modafucking. Impressive. Shit.

Nice work…the only way to go is with something like ‘War Pigs’ playing! Hope you were as lucky during the ink work.
Thanks big man. Yeah the ink turned out great. I’ve been working on this thing for almost 2 years now and it’s finally done. Pretty exciting. I’ll post pics in my log when it heals. The inside of my arm near my armpit is swollen as hell right now LOL.
Let’s see some pics!

I go 410x15 on set 2, and follow that with 320x20.
Great lifts and sick gym!

Well, I hadn’t been in the gym for about 7 days for no reason other than I’m a lazy asshole sometimes, and so I made the decision that that made me a little bitch and to pay penance I would do this challenge today. Or at least attempt it. Bear in mind, I train and compete as an olympic lifter, so doing a set of any more than a double or triple is nigh unheard of. So after a quick snatch/clean and jerk workout, I took a rough guess at a good weight (145kg, or roughly 319.67 pounds) and proceeded to get squashed 5 reps away from the goal. Fuck. Bodyweight about 104.5kg (about 230.38 pounds).

not lifting at a level where I can take the challenge too but something to work towards. Enjoying the thread and the vids ladies and gents please keep it up.

Curious what your 1Rm squat is.
All time PR is 505 (2 years ago). Recent best single is 465.

Guess its my turn. Hope no one is going to fret about it being a cluster set, I have to drop the bar to do deadlifts. Weight on bar 145k (319 lbs). I weigh in around 73k (160 lbs) now. Done after a clean and pressing workout. Rep count, 18. No sound, the music they play in the morning would put y’all to sleep.

The video is getting grainy, but let’s see if this works.

Worked, but cut off the last couple.

385x13. The plan was 20 no matter what but I started getting dizzy and nobody else was up that early with me. Getting 20 next time.

Once my broken leg heals up, I’m going to attempt 315x20 on deadlift and 295x20 on squat @185-190 and 17 y/o. Four more weeks to go and I’m back at it.

Yeah, but you did like 8,000,000,000,000,000 deadlifts or something, so you’re like, totally in the badass zone.

Thread math:

8 gazillion > 20

The “old farts” in O35, and especially the females of T-Nation are kicking the shit out of T-Nation’s finest “boyzzzz”.

Says the guy who still hasn’t put up his 20 rep video…hahaha I gotta give you shit considering I still can’t feel my legs after taking on your challenge and failing 5 reps short. Actually let me rephrase that, I can feel my legs, and they feel like shit.
