My afternoon of pain yesterday consisted of 315x20 squats and then getting tattooed for 4 hours to have my half sleeve finished.

Thanks big man. Yeah the ink turned out great. I’ve been working on this thing for almost 2 years now and it’s finally done. Pretty exciting. I’ll post pics in my log when it heals. The inside of my arm near my armpit is swollen as hell right now LOL.
