Oh he flip flops like a mother fucker, for sure.
But then again look at Obama’s claims about 1) individual mandate 2) staffing involving Wall St bigwigs before he was POTUS, and then what he did once he was POTUS.
They are both slimy mofos. Comes down to which one is giong to steal less of my money.
I agree Obama has probably lied but look at any issue Romney has taken a stand
Yes, he has no spine whatsoever. Nobody likes Mitt Romney, well, his wife must have at some point, he has an awful lot of kids.

your preaching to the choir orion. Obama how ever is not a serial liar

Um, I hate to be the kind of guy that tells people that Santa isn’t real, but there is not a single person who becomes the POTUS without being at least on some level a serial liar. Just look at how squeaky clean and perfect they make themselves out to be in their ad campaigns while they are running for office. Those are all lies, you just plain do not get to the level where you are running for the presidency without being ruthless and manipulative, and without throwing more a few people under the bus, which is usually the exact opposite of how they want to portray themselves to the voters, who average out to be not that bright, so they hide those parts of their past that would turn people away, that is politics, and both candidates are no different in this regard.
People play these stupid “I want to see your tax returns” or “I want to see a birth certificate” games because people usually do not do much research into who they vote for outside of ad campaigns and media reports (Liberals believe whatever the liberal media says and conservatives believe whatever the conservative media says). They have a much better chance at convincing a bunch of people to vote for them by playing stupid games like this then through a good performance at a debate and stressing their positions on key issues and being honest, because most people would rather watch American Idol or go out and act like idiots at a bar or club then pay attention to that stuff.
The trick is to look behind the advertisements and reports by the media (the conservative media outlets are just as biased and unethical as the liberal ones) and actually do your own research into a candidate to see if his actions match up with his claims enough that you can trust him to do what he says he will. Frankly, neither of them have a stellar track record at that, but Romney’s is better and I agree with more of his positions, so he gets my vote. I would put up a video of the South Park episode where they have to vote for either a giant douche or a turd sandwich for their school mascot to demonstrate my point, but I am at work.

I do not understand how ? any one can come up with the same FACT , that Romney is a big fucking LIAR
He’s a big meany too…um and he’s rich so he’s automatically evil.
Yet the same people that want to call Romney a liar will support Obama who has actual lies on record. sigh
He may be a liar, but at least he’s not going to try and destroy this country.

Good point, in fact Obama has lied so much that I cannot post them as it would take too long. I’ll simply post this site and everyone can see the lies themselves:

Think he should get the chance to become one?
All he needs is another term.
edited, pesky Germanisms.
I do not see him making any promises. It will be just another business as usual . No difference between he and Bush
Obama signs into law the biggest tax hike in the history of the country and a grap of 1/6th of the economy by government (health care) and you say there is no difference between he and Bush.
People like Pittbull are THE reason that Obama was elected.

Well, it would be cheaper than keeping the liar that is currently there.
The evidence does not put them in the same category. Failing to keep a promise is truly a lie . But there can be extenuating circumstances . But to change a story , play both sides to a story . and then deny you play the other side those are blatant lying

Fair enough, I do see your point.
Question though: does caving to Wall Street and pandering for their dollars, after outright saying he wouldn’t do that, after promising us change from that, after telling the American people they could look to him to save us from that, constitute ‘extenuating circumstances’?
Or is it playing both sides? I mean he promised us he wouldn’t do what he did. Flat out, words from his lips, said he wouldn’t do it. And he did. He slapped us in the face and shoved the government’s fist in the ass of the people.
That is worse, IMO than flip-flopping to win a nomination and having a lot of money.
There is something seriously broken with the political system in the US if these two are the best candidates that it can produce. I say the US only here because that’s the system under discussion, but it applies to every country I’ve lived in or visited for extended periods. Perhaps it’s just the nature of the political beast that it attracts mainly charlatans and egomaniacs…

While i agree we have never had a Blatant Liar , one that does not even try to conceal his lies . I have never seen some one do that before , publicly or personally

To be fair I feel like one would have to be an egomaniac to want to be POTUS.
You can’t take a shit without some talking head saying you wiped wrong.

You mean like campaigning against the mandate to defeat Hillary, and then signing one into law?
You mean like saying not a year ago that he cannot enforce the DREAM Act via executive order, only to sign an executive order enforcing the DREAM Act a week or two ago?
You mean like demagogueing Bush, et al, over the closing of Gitmo, only to leave it open?
You mean like insisting that Congress must authorize military action, and then engaging Libya without Congressional approval?

No difference my friend. Obama does not stick to his word and Romney has changed his mind. I’ll take the guy who leaves me more of my money at the end of the year …and that guy is absolutely NOT Obama.
