Steroids seems like a ton of work. I can’t even afford whey protein and I usually get like 6 hours sleep a night. I’m assuming those problems need to be fixed first.
Steroids cost money, though. And I’d have to stick myself with needles. Costs money, needs all kinds of complex dosing and PCT and whatever, just too much trouble in my eyes. I can barely remember to take vitamins in the morning.
Also, I don’t like pharmaceutical preparations much, and don’t use them much in my daily life. If I have a cold, I’ll put a bunch of garlic powder and hot pepper in a shot glass and drink it, or drink some astragalus tea or extract. I use a lot of Chinese herbs, not pills or extracts, but I’ll just make tea out of raw herbs. One herb in particular I use seems, from what I read, to basically be like roids. I get acne on it, boners, and my appetite gets insane. So it seems like with the right herbs, the sky is the limit, and they’re relatively cheap in raw form.
So I guess that’s an answer of why I don’t use steroids. Mostly because it seems like a hassle and Pandora’s box I don’t need to open at 21.
I discovered how awesome steroids are as part of burn therepy — deca and test. Never got off.
I was always a tall, good looking, guy but I was never “huge.” Always bordered on bean pole.
Now I am the guy who takes off his shirt at the pool in Vegas and women look at me with lust and men with envy. Still not a mass monster, but that Zizz dude had nothing on me, and I am an easy foot taller than he was.
I love the fact that when I leave the gym my muscles are so pumped they hurt. I think Arnold talked about this a bit. It’s true.
I have a younger fiance who loves the fact she can look at me and get me hard as a rock. Basically, the sex drive of a 14 year old boy in a man’s body.
Downsides? Sex drive of a 14 year old boy. It takes a huge amount of effort not to fuck around and I have made poor choices with women in the past because I was driven by an unstoppable dick.
