In no specific order:
- I love it
- To be healthy
- To enhance my athletic abilities
- Because I like looking good
In no specific order:
Because it’s what the voices tell me to do…
And it probably keeps me off the anti-depressants.

I never understood questions like this. In my mind, the question should be “Why would you NOT workout?”
fitness and exercise are aspects inherent to our being. They will take different forms as we evolve culturally, but a question like this is equivalent to asking “why do you eat food?”, or “why do you sleep?”[/quote]
This should’ve put an end to this thread a long time ago.
Relieve stress
Feel the need to continually push and better myself
Because its all worthwhile when you go clothes shopping and check yourself out in a mirror and go “oh yeah!” -lol
To deal with the primal urge to just kill someone when life gets in your way
The sense of pride and accomplishment when someone notices, and you play it cool is priceless (I never bring up working out when I meet chicks, I KNOW what I look like,I built ‘this’ myself and I don’t need to continually talk about it because I need the attention)

lol STU you aren’t the only one that thought about that reason when you said, “To deal with the primal urge to just kill someone when life gets in your way.”
It really does relieve stress, similar to fighting someone you hate.
I like the feeling of threatening someone without saying a word. Notice how people sometimes say, “if I got into it with you, I’d use a weapon”. I think that comment is priceless.
I like to think of myself as a beast. I know, sounds stupid.
I love the feeling of dominance over other people.
I don’t accept average when I can do something to make it better.
I like the way people look at you imagining what would happen if they mad you mad. lol
This lis could go on forever.
because everyone should know how jacked and tan i am…
but seriously what stu said… i like when ppl ask me if i workout… because alot of times ill reply with “yeah here and there”

I like when people stopped asking me if I worked out, because they knew the answer and didn’t have to ask anymore.
Love that feeling when you walk out the gym and just feel great.
I am getting in better shape while in all reality my ex’s are getting fatter.
I love number 2. ![]()

You both make good points. EVERYONE should work out to some capacity. It just makes sense to be healthy…
To build a “pretty boy” body but still outlift people 40 pounds heavier than me… priceless
Bring me one step closer to moving to a different country and becoming a model there… hahaha
So I can ask which way the beach is in style
I train for stretch marks…hahaha
Being a FFB, I train for many reasons, but mainly never to be fat again. You can’t beat the feeling of waking up every morning, feeling good and ready to rock. My friends always ask me how I’ve got so much energy all the time. Amazing what eating right and exercising can do. All in all, it just makes me feel good, mind, body and attitude.
To quote TC:
“We probably won’t slay any dragons, but we train just in case.”
That too.
Because I like confusing people by being a really strong geek.
Also I would hate to look like one of those emaciated metro wannabe alpha males who look like they would blow away in a gust of wind.
sports
strength and looks over people
chicks
So that I can have a bigger penis…it does have that effect, doesn’t it???
well being very lean will make ur penis LOOK bigger. but i dont think itll actually increase the size

According to the specificity principle, you’ll have to workout your penis regularly to make it grow. It’s even more fun if you had a training partner. ![]()
