last Year, we had 20+ inches of snow. Frustrated that I would not see a plow down my block for 2-3 days, I spent about 6 hours shoveling my entire block so that my car could get out. My Neighbor’s thought I was crazy, I thought I’m in shape and should go for it.

I have 2 kids, am 43 and am a very stressed executive. I allocate 45 mins to a workout and usually do it at home because I’m not about to waste the 30 minutes roundtrip to the gym. My strength workouts are about supersets and alternating Ab exercises.
No I can’t bench 300 and Yes I can bench my weight.
Yes, I can do 20 pull-ups and rip off sets of 50-100 pushups.
