maybe it’s not the right site to post it, but i believe that u guys have more knowledge than any one.
I chose workout at morning ( because it’s more recommended, i mean because we have high levels of testosterone at morning ), in my diet i have to eat 25% of total Carbs in my breakfast, and post workout the diet says that i have to eat 50% of total carbs and then after 60 - 90 minutes the others 25%, the rest of the day just Fat and proteins.
to consume 50% carbohydrates just finished the exercise, I must lean on carbohydrates such as rice or oatmeal to give an example, someone could tell me why eating this way?
Ya, as you know this diet is taken from an article by Christian Thibaudeau.
He wants to know why he should eat most of his carbs around his workout, and go low carb for the rest of the day.
Carb Cycling is apparently the article he’s referring to, and not really the exact topic he’s asking about.
At least that is my understanding.
The answer is probably contained in the article he’s referring to, if it was written by Christian Thibadeau – he usually explains things pretty well. Go back and re-read the article.
