Not everyone. I could run a marathon every day, but if I drank milkshakes and ate pop tarts, I’d gain 10% body fat inside a month.
I also do not have athletic genetics.
My body seems to like carrying about 20% body fat, but I’d don’t like the way it looks, so this has been the only way I’ve found of forcing it to shed that extra body fat.

No, I wouldn’t ACTUALLY recommend most of this to anyone. Aside from the fact that you obviously can’t ‘recommend’ specific genetics, most people would be poorly served by eating/drinking as I do. I simply get away with it because of my genetic predispositions.
That being said, I do not have ‘athletic genetics’ either. I simply don’t put on bodyfat easily. I’m quite uncoordinated and slow.
