Whup's Bidness

How do you know about that?
Haha fine I guess, I think I improved my squats a bit. Tomorrow is DL: Troubleshooting.

Whup, I am glad to see you are still at it! It looks like your lifts are coming along really well. Impressive progress bro!

I remember the pics you took before you started working with Shelby last year - you look radically different now man! Impressive job (oh, and great lifting as always).

Thanks a lot, fellas! Much appreciated
Where the hell have you been, Apostate?

Nice job Whup keep it up

I have been busy as hell. New job, new house, and newly married knocked me out of the game for a while. I was still lifting but not heavy and certainly nothing worthy of filming and posting here. I am back at it now and got my old log running again. What are your current goals? It looks like you are way stronger than you were when I was last here.

I took NO explode for the first time, (that I got for free) and the only thing I experienced is that it made me sweat my ass off and get light-headed. I’m not taking that shit again!

Any thoughts?! Yes. That looked like a piece of cake. I’m not sure whether I should be impressed, or should chastise you for not going for 20

Whup the form looks great on the deads and OHP. You were easily good for a few more on the deads. I know you wanted more on the pressing, but as long as you get the required reps in then you are still on track so don’t let it get in your head.

Arms are looking very thick whup, nice work.

Thanks, brotha!
Words of wisdom. Its just strange how my strength fluctuates on OHP, because I hit four with 185 about a month ago.
