ON extreme milk chocolate it the best tasting protein powder i have ever tried.
But i am yet to try Biotest’s MD
I would be irate if I discovered a half filled tub of protein powder. More like livid.
the muscle milk chocolate is the nicest ive tried so far and i dont mind the ON whey for PWO.

That’s the ON flavor I got (it was actually the first protein I had ever used and thought it was delicious until I tried MD)…so you MUST try MD! Seriously…I think it’s $2 more and it’s SOOOOO much better!
I have some ON Whey Isolates and actually think it’s pretty damn tasty. Just tastes like regular chocolate milk to me
I might try that mix the ON Whey with casein idea as I got some casein the other day and the stuff tastes like ass
quick question for the MD lovers, do you use water or milk? If milk, which type 2%, whole, skim?

I don’t have the ON Casein, I got some in from fairly trusted site I was recommended to, pretty damn cheap too.(explains the taste but I have never had other caseins to compare it to)
As an experiment, I added a smidge of whipped heavy cream to my MD shake. I thought I died and went to heaven. It will be hard now not to make this a habit.

I have been using Draper’s Bomber Blend protein powders lately. But, I LOVE Surge.

I always use ON… It’s a pain in the ass to get any Biotest supplements over here through customs. A tub of MD costs me an easy 50 euros, the same as 5 pounds ON whey.
And I’d like to think that most of you saying ON tastes like ass are gargantually biased. It tastes pretty good actually.
Of course I have nothing to compare it with, but so for ON has not really dissapointed me.
Am I gonna get kicked off the site for this?

MD is whey too expensive in UK, I buy when I can get it on the cheap on ebay, and have it as a treat once or twice a week to make it last longer.
For some reason I wish they stored like free tooth brushes or step counters like they do in cereal in protein jugs. I’d be even more excited!
I use MyProtein in the UK, all there Total Protein flavours are nice (had them all bar Banana) and the Impact Blend Whey in Chocolate is like sex in a shaker! I cannot wait to run out of my Reflex Whey to get a bag! MD is pretty expensive over here, a tub is about £35 plus shipping if you can get it, as opposed to 1.8kg of Total Protein (Whey/Casien/Egg) for £20.
I buy Biotest for a lot of other stuff, but in terms of protein powder over here, MP wins on cost.

Good to hear as I just got a 5kg bag of the Impact whey from MyProtein.
The casein I got from there is kinda hard to down though…

I use water and it’s just fine. It would be extra delish with milk. I’d say skim or 2%…whole might be a bit too much!
