Who is on an AI Long-Term?

Apparently Ai’s are bad for us going by the increasing fallout of men from bone mineral density loss, damage to the endothelial lining of arteries.

Not sure if this is all true but it scared the crap out of me enough to stop taking Aromasin.
Aromasin helps with mild acne on my back but other than that i didn’t experience and other symptoms.

I’ve been advised that men should not touch the drug and to let your Estrogen rise and fall with your test levels as this is your bodies natural aromatise process.

The conventional wisdom has been moving from using an AI as a prophylactic treatment to only using it when it’s needed. Seems like a healthier way to approach it.

It is better to avoid AI’s when possible. Use the least amount of things possible, it tends to work out better that way. As for osteporosis, if you lift weight it will make absolutely zero difference to your bone density to take it. Otherwise, maybe taking a high dose over years MAY cause some ostepenia.
