The thing is, fat is not healthy. I don’t HATE fat people, I dislike unhealthy people. This site is about being strong and healthy… not about being fat and accepted for your athletic ability.
Look at Dave Tate. He realized how unhealthy his lifestyle was and he changed it. Now he’s not some strong motherfucker who happens to be obese, he’s a healthy powerlifter.
I don’t think you have any knowledge. Just a big mouth and an ego you need to continuously stroke!
Excellent post. Funny too

That comeback was weak. It sounds like he couldn’t even comprehend what Lixy was saying.
I hate haters more than I hate fat people.
Seems pretty simple and straight forward to me. Maybe you should learn to read and then comprehend what you’ve read.[/quote]
a “hater” is a person who constantly tries to put down people for “doing them” meaning if i had a nice pair of shoes on and you were like “yo them shoes is mad ugly…i bet theyre fake anyway” you would be “hating” thus making you a “hater”. its 2008…where have you been?

THAT my friend is the sad part.
I was so angry at myself and the wrol for judging me for my fattness that I was (and still am) SUPER motivated.
These people are different. they give in. Insteed of getting pissed and doing something they…wither. Rather the fighting…they are surrendering. I just dont understand that mind set.
I thank GOD that i wake up every morning a little bigger and a little stronger and a little more athletic then I was when i went to bed that night.
Why cant they see that beauty like I did so many years ago i wonder?
I’m a little torn. On one hand I whole heartedly believe that every human being should be treated with dignity & respect. On the other hand, I’m the type of person that thrives on that IN YOUR MOTHER FUCKIN FACE kinda attitiude. I think that’s why you need to know your audience when your trying to open someones eyes about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Some ppl crumble and crawl into a shell when you’re hard on them. Then there are ppl like me who love a good ass kickin! Get in my face, tell me the truth, but say it because you care…not because you’re trying to belittle me and make me feel like a worthless piece of crap.
Geesh…I was looking at my stomach yesterday and almost became overwhelmed with the thought of losing 100lbs. I visualized every before & after picture of people who have had that type of transformation. I took a deep breath, told myself to relax, and reminded myself that I’m in this for the long haul!!!
I appreciate those who support me on this site. There are some who send me PMs and tell me to stop dickin’ around and there are others who “know” me well enough & know when I need a cyber hug!
The solution…Print my rant and pin it up in Mcdonalds under the title “the Best food ever” just to get them hooked! lol. To get the changes you want, you have to work for them. It’s when people lack the determination to work towards their goal that they fail.
I hate fat chicks, in fact they utterly disgust me. I know this guy who has some condition were hes only attracted to these huge pimply faced, insecure, ugly, fat bitchs. I hate him to.

Being a FFB (220lbs to 143lbs, now 169lbs), I don’t hate fat people. If you want to be fat, go ahead, not my problem, just don’t try and push it on me, or make derogatory comments about the way I live.
How many fat people have tried to “push it on you”. I don’t think I have ever met anyone who views being overweight as a good thing.
Most fat people I have come across seem to realize that their lifestyle is disgusting and unhealthy but simply don’t have the willpower to actually do anything about it.

When I say push it on me, I don’t mean people saying “Hey, being fat is great! Come join us!”
I mean when you are out socially, and say some overweight person is eating pizza/ice cream/whatever and they say stuff like “common…1 slice won’t hurt…live a little!” etc etc etc. Stuff like that.
I’ll also go out on a limb here and say most overweight people don’t realize just how unhealthy their lifestyles are. But, its their life, so I’m not going to judge.
I hate the people that are fat, but trying to lose weight, yet still go to McDonalds once a week, drink on weekends, and still can’t understand why their Atkins diet doesn’t work.
I go to this little Tex-Mex place every so often. I watched as these two ‘out of shape’ women ordered their ‘taco salads’ yesterday. I couldn’t help noticing the sheer force with which their asses were straining against the seat of their pants.
Sadly, they probably both think they were being healthy.

I mostly agree here. If you’re a chubby bunny, but you are changing eating habits and lifting, I have no problem with you. If you talk about your new diet and how it’s just not working whilst slamming down a Big Mac and a giant Coke to go with your huge “healthy” salad covered in 16oz. of Ranch dressing and you stopped going to the gym because “it hurt”, well then, you can just go fuck yourself.

I was actually referring to the post where Lixy said “If I assert knowing more about logic than you do, does not necessarily imply I believe you have any knowledge at all in the field.”
Your response of “I don’t think you have any knowledge. Just a big mouth and an ego you need to continuously stroke!” made me think that you didn’t fully understand his post.
I don’t hate fat people, but I certainly have no sympathy for those that have to use the little scooter at walmart and while they are maneuvering down the aisles are eating twinkies and drinking a Big Gulp.
I also have no sympathy for those that have to push an oxygen bottle around, and are sitting outside the steak house sucking on a Pall Mall no filter.
It really blows my mind how many people on a bodybuilding/weight training website make excuses for lazy people. I’ve never met a fat adult who didn’t eat and live the lifestyle of a fat person. Not one. It doesn’t fucking happen. Yet people pull these crazy what-if scenarios out of the air to explain why someone should be fat. I don’t dislike fat people, but I don’t pretend there isn’t a reason for their fatness. It’s no accident.

No one in this thread is making excuses, but if fat people wanna be fat, let them be fat. Hating them for being fat is like someone hating me for lifting weights. Its a fucking waste of energy.
