I played around w preg. I believe it was either 25 or 50mg daily in morning. And it was sublingual.

Almost always feel a great mental clarity taking preg. Like words flow better. Mind seems more sharp. Itā€™s something I notice every time I take it.
But thatā€™s all I felt from it.

Any reason you stopped?

I likely thought it interfered with libido at the time, which it likely didnā€™t.

I would try it for sure. The effect i got was good.
