After struggling for over 2 years to get dialled in and get symptom relief from injections I’m thinking about trialling compounded cream applied to the testicles as I have seen a lot of people have reported better symptom relief.
My questions:
Can you still take HCG with creams like you would injections?
Is there anyone with Low SHBG who has switched to cream and it’s been a game changer?
There are guys that have switched from injections to cream and loved it, however I doubt the SHBG has anything to do with it. There are also guys who switched from creams to injections. There are some who switch back and forth all the time.
I took T Cypoinate years ago at 100mI per week. And eventually stopped for a variety of reasons.
I decided to resume TRT many months ago and decided to try the Scrotal cream and did so for a few months at a fairly high dose. For me, it really increased my drive but didn’t do much for the ED.
I recently switched back to injections at 150ml per week divided into daily injections. Not only is my drive where I want it, but the ED is much better and the sensitivity or lack thereof, which was a major complaint of mine for years is back.
I’ve been told by a few guys I’ve talked to at the gym, that they tried the cream and decided to go back to the injections at a higher dose and received better benefits.
I forgot to mention the creams don’t affect SHBG, injections do, so if SHBG is low I would recommend the cream first over injections. Jatenzo will decrease SHBG by 40% according to the data.
I can’t handle high doses or high numbers on injections but I believe some people can run higher numbers on creams and feel better with no high E2 symptoms.
I’ve read a lot about Jatenzo? Test Undecanoate caps? We don’t have them in UK as far as I’m aware or would try them.
No, diabetes lowered it, so fixing the insulin resistance will aee it increase. I assume my natural SHBG level without diabetes is somewhere in the 30’s since I’ve seen my SHBG at 24 briefly on injections.
