Why? Because most people are missing the big picture(eating adequate quality food) and focus on macronutrient breakdowns and what amino acid profile chicken breast has compared to beef sirloin.

Scott gave the best answers, but I’ll bite on this and try to answer since I’m bored.
Protein source - Protein shakes, they are easy to customize to your taste preference or nutrient goals and are quick and easy.
Fish - Personally, I like the taste of snapper, but wild salmon is technically the best for you since it’s rich in omega-3s and what not.
Beef cut - NY strip and Filet are my favorite cuts.
Dairy product - Fat free milk, no hormones or whatever. It’s hard to beat a slice of good aged cheddar either.
Meat - Grass fed beef is superior to corn fed, since it contains higher levels of omega-3s and tend to be leaner. Bison is a great alternative to beef, perhaps even better from a nutritional stand. Turkey is great when prepared correctly.
Nuts - Hard to go wrong with any kind of nut as long as it isn’t covered in junk like honey or chocolate. Almonds are a nice snack between meals.
Vegetable - Pretty much anything green.
Fruits - Apples are pretty much the swiss army fruit. Good anywhere at anytime. Blueberries kick ass for their antioxidant properties, however there are a lot of fruits you can say that about.

best protein source: milk- casein and whey both derived from it
fish: salmon- i enjoy the taste, high in omega 3s, etc.
best beef cut: top/bottom round - broils well, pretty lean, reasonably priced, minimal trimming required
dairy product: milk - i just enjoy it as a beverage
meat: beef- delicious
nuts: peanuts for peanut butter, for individual consumption, almonds; Blue Diamond salt and vinegar almonds = delicious, + high in fiber and healthy fats
vegetable: spinach - easy to prep, great health benefits
fruit: banana - simply does wonders if i have an upset stomach for some reason. have a stomach ache + eat a banana = feel better.
