I think a lot of people who think that way have adopted the term white nationalism personally. No one wants to be called or say they are a Nazi because they know what people think comes with that. So now those types say white nationalist or something. And then paint that around stuff like preserving how things should be. But they believe other races are inferior on the whole I would assume.
