Reverse racism, as others have said, is not a thing. In your incident, you were not discriminated against, put in peril, or denigrated in any way. The young man felt that his being black and being called out for dressing in a way that may be associated with black men was a racist policy, and he questioned it. Slavery was not racist though. There is nothing racist about it. When black moors stole white Eastern Europeans and enslaved them in the Middle Ages there was nothing racist about that. When the Irish came to America as indentured servants/slaves there was nothing racist about that. When Africans traded other Africans during the triangle trade there was nothing racist about it.
