I think the issue is not so much the scope of the perceived discrimination but the ideas behind it.
Meaning, if a black person is against discrimination on moral grounds this person cannot turn around and support any reverse discrimination like AA without losing the moral high ground.
The message that would send is that this person is not against discrimination per se, but against discrimination against his color of skin and that he/she would be more than happy to discriminate against other races if given the chance.
Now if that is the way it is going to be played anyway, this is not a question of ethical behavior but of power and then I, as a white man, would prefer to stay on top.
Personally I would prefer no discrimination at all, but if there has to be some, I would rather not be discriminated against.
