I did last night! Had a double of Booker’s, neat, and went on PWI!
That explains a lot
… I polished off a bottle of Maker’s (single shot left) neat … Might have to get another bottle of the Booker’s next … or something different … who knows … I’ll figure it out when I’m standing in front of all the bourbons
What can anyone tell me about Noah’s Mill Bourbon? I’m liking what I’'m reading as far as reviews on the interwebz but am curious if anyone has had a taste. Might pick up a bottle soon.

Enjoying some Knob Creek smoked maple which is delicious.

Best. Review. Ever ![]()
So the Noah’s Mill is pretty damn good. Nice flavor, nice aroma, nice color, smooth with a bit of a bite at the end which I like. Good purchase … this won’t be the last bottle I buy, that’s for sure

OK, your post inspired me to buy a bottle. After a few sips and a google search of reviews I settled on this particular review as the one that lines up with my opinion:
I ended up enjoying it with breakfast this way:
KC Smoked Maple Whiskey
heavy cream
fresh ground, French-pressed coffee
Orphan Girl Bourbon liqueur
I can definitely see cooking with it in sauces, glazes and marinades.
As far as drinking it straight I might try mixing it with some non-flavored bourbon (perish the thought!) to take a little bit of the sweetness away. We’ll see.
I bet it would make for a great marinade for salmon.

A little late, but wishing you only the best in 2016.
We were binge watching Jessica Jones last night. Brought the year in w/Lagavulin 16…one of my favorites.

Ditto to you guys. Cheers. All the best for a good '16.
I’m working on a Knob Creek Rye. 100 proof and just as good as their bourbon. Also got a bottle of Sazerac rye for Christmas (a favorite) and a set of whiskey stones. Plan on putting both to good use.
I found this so had to get it. I like it but my wife likes it more so she’s been drinking it more than me.

Cheers. I kept warm over the holidays with a bottle of Noah’s Mill - pretty good stuff @ 114 proof

I’ve had a bottle. It is good stuff and right up my alley.
Yes it is … also have a bottle of Four Roses Single Barrel I’ve been enjoying when I want something a little less alcoholic - I like it, but prefer Buffalo Trace when it comes to lower ABV; great bang for the buck with BT
I’ll be keeping an eye out for Red Breast.
Finished the Sazerac Rye from Christmas (definitely still a favorite) and picked up Wild Turkey 101. Not much going on flavor-wise, just some simple vanilla to it, but doesn’t feel as potent as a 101-proof drink “should” be. Like, it’s just very drinkable, doesn’t even seem to sneak up on you. Weird.
Also, mostly on a goof, I picked up one of those tiny 50ml/one shot bottles the liquor store keeps in a jar on the counter, of Jim Beam Kentucky Fire. 70 proof and blended with cinnamon liqueur. It was just like cinnamon candy, nothing more and really not worth grabbing a whole bottle of.
