Caffeine pill + Amino drink and throw in 5g beta alanine, Krealkalyn and glutamine peptides. If feeling flush might sometimes add HBCD Biotest leucine or spike pill, maybe some BCAA pills mid workout.
Also really go overboard on getting in water between sets.

Very awesome. Always happy to share the good word of nose tork, haha. Probably a good idea to pull over before you hit it though, as your eyes will most likely water at first.
That said, I never pull over when I use it, but I’m most likely not a smart person.

You really do all that!? How does your stomach feel with all that going on? Also, had to look up “hyphy mud”. Sounds gnarly. [/quote]
Yes that is my “diet” around my workout.
Hyphy mud does not taste good at all. It’s a nasty shot.
The pre-workout meal isn’t big. A big burrito and a cookie sometimes. Tuna and crackers sometimes.
I put protein powder and a scoop of gatorade blend it up and put it in a green with orange lid gatorade bottle. By the time I get to the gym it has settled down a little and I fill it up with water. It is actually pretty light.
I feel great with this routine. I am normally a person that feels better on a empty stomach when I work out. But, I am putting on weight so I do what I have to do.
I use the walmart super advanced protein so it has creatine in it, I also take two liver tabs with my post-workout shake.

Damn, that’s a lot goin’ on. I’d shit myself midway through all that.
Wanted to try hyphy mud but didn’t have any soda, so mixed one scoop of instant coffee with a scoop of mp assault. It was fucking awful. Ut I was yakked outta my skull for at least four hours so guess it works.

My brother uses it for long drives. That’s funny that you do as well.
