Hi all. I have a question about what routine I should go with. First here are some stats though: 5’8.5, 236 lbs, 24% bf. Goal is to strip away as much fat as possible, while retaining LBM and getting stronger. Diet is in check (using a keto 70:30 split of protien to fat, based on 2200 calories) with a refeed every 4 days, and maintenance cals. every 6 weeks for 2 weeks at a 40-40-20 of protien, fat, and carbs.
Anyway, I was thinking of doing either ‘War Room Strategies’ which incorporates a lot of P.H.A. and some steady cardio. with some hiit, or should I hit Pavel’s ‘The Bear’ and keep steady state cardio. 5-6 days a week for an hour or so? Here is the link to both programs:

I was also thinking about Advanced German Body Comp.; just so many to choose from. lol
Any thoughts as to which may be best to help achieve my goals?
