As I am getting to the end of my supply of overpriced health food store vitamins, I was wondering which multivitamin people here liked best. Thanks!

I like Animal Pak myself.
Green Source from Purtain Pride, good profile, not too expensive.
GNC’s Mega Man.
Daily Complete from Awareness Corporation. Its expensive but you wont crap it out like most of the other suggestions.
The proof is in the PISS.
The sup is a Vit and Mineral Supplement and too much other stuff to mention here.
If you like PM me and I PM the brochure back to you. You can also find it by doing a search online.
BTW there are additional discounts (permanant once you make a large order) that you might want to consider, my recomendation is to split the purchase with a friend. The product has a short shelf life since it is plant based and liquid.
I use ON’s Opti-men… smells/tastes nasty but it works for me.
Since nobody already mentioned it, Life Extension Mix from the LEF. Don’t let the name fool you, they are incredibly packed with good stuff.
I just eat a bowl of smart start every day. It has a lot of good stuff in it. You piss yellow like a mulivitamin so you know that its loaded. How much of that I absorb… who knows but I like to think its doing me good.
TwinLabs Dualtabs, multi-vitamin/mineral.
Didn’t we just do this same thread a few weeks ago?
Chewable children’s multi-vitamin/minerals. Break one in half. Take half with breakfast and the other half with dinner.
Yeah, this question comes up pretty regularly. I currently take Member’s Mark (Sam’s Club) “silver” type, iron free, multi vite/ mineral.
Unless a guy is a vegetarian or one of the rare men who’s anemic, he probably should forget the supplemental iron in most vite/min preparations. How can you know if you’re anemic? Go to donate blood and they’ll tell you for free (while you help others in need).

I haven’t bought any of that stuff yet, but I intend to soon. I really like the look of it.
From my experience, and knowledge some of the best are:
Life Extention
Animal Pak
GNC Mega Men
The trick is getting one that digests properly in the small intestine.
I once read that one of the problems the city of NY has with it’s sewer system’s are undigested multis clogging everything up.
GNC uses CloraSeal, and is probably the best price out of the 3. I don’t know what the other 2 use, but they work great as well.
Thanks for all the advice people! This helps me filter out a lot of the other stuff that’s out there. I am sorry if this question had already been asked. I’ll do a search next time first!
