And he’s so rich he’d be able to get kryptonite before than superman would reach his mansion. And superman flies fast enough to turn back time.

But Superman would be able to use his super-hearing to eavesdrop as Batman formulates his plan while sitting on the bat-crapper. Superman wouldn’t intervene out of a sense of fair play: he would wait for Alfred to wipe first…using Bat-toilet paper, of course.
