What’s the main bloodwork panel I need to get while on steroids? Before I started I had bloodwork done, same one is saying if you’re on steroids you have to use different panels.
Usually free and total test, SHBG, E2, liver function, kidney function, HDL, LDL, TG, FBC, CRP, FSH, LH, Prolactin.
Depends what your prone to or if you have underlying conditions you need to keep an eye on as well.
You get the same panels but you also should make sure that you’re getting the sensitive assay (LC/MS-MS) and make sure that the total testosterone is uncapped. Some tests will just show TT >1,500 but won’t measure any further. You want more exact figures so that’s how you get them.
