Whey Hydrolysate For Pre-WO?

I’ve recently switched to hydrolyzed whey for post-w protein due to the inspiration of these articles:

so would it then be optimal to get in whey hydrolysate for pre-w nutrition as well as post-w nutrition? I ask because hydrolysate is pretty expensive shit and i only want to use it for its TRUE purpose; that being for post-w

if your having it just prior yes its fast and takes minimal digestion.

If no then be sure to eat a bit prior.
I personnaly like Surge Prior and during and eat a whole meal after.
