Just out of curiosity has anyone ever read about whey being detrimental to woman as opposed to other protein sources?
There seems to be a rumor going around about this where i currently workout. Now normally i ignore this kind of stuff because “everyone is an expert” of course but this struck me of interest because i have not read about any testing of the effects of whey on women. Is there any evidence at all support the claims? is there any difference in the effects of whey on men and women?
