Where would you be...

I’d still be drinking beer.

I love my BOWFLEX. Laugh all you want. It got me through some hard times after my wife died and I had to raise our 1 year old alone. I had gone from a solid 200lbs to a puny 140lbs. With the Bowflex and a half decent diet I got back to 165 in about 1 year. I also added a pullup station a set of Powerblocks and a Versaclimber.

Any port in a storm.

I'd be totally lost and would know shit about weights.

Lying in a gutter drinking Woolite from the bottle, dreaming of ewes. Wait, that’s what happens when you screw sheep.*

The real answer is “Probably still not making any significant progress.”

*See Woody Allen’s “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex * But Were Afraid to Ask.”

Fitone, he sure did. Much like your friendly pest-control man who comes into your house with a legitimate cause and ends up stealing your wallet.

He too just sees an opportunity and seizes it.

I’ve read so much about training and nutrition. I’ve probally spent more time studying that then all the studying I did in 4 years in college. I thought I had a solid grasp on everything.

Then I found T-Mag. Now I realize there is so much more to know. I actually feel like a “newbie” again.

So, w/o T-Mag, I would be thinking that I knew everything, but not getting the results to show it!
