Where to go from here, more var or winny

Prob still over 20% body fat but good progress.

Always been amateur gym bro, protein, creatine, preworkouts. Dabbled with TRT for a few months 75mg a week in 2023 for 2 months, doc prescribed.

Tried Maximus, enclophemine citrate for a couple months late '23 early '24. Bloodwork showed slight improvement in free test, built some muscle.

Did first legit cycle this year June/July. 8 weeks of test cyp, 200 mgs a week, bumped it with a blend of cyp, eth, and prop (100 mgs ea) for a few weeks at the end. This was along with 2 orals, 25 mg var per day along with 25 mg of proviron per day for 6 weeks of 8 week cycle. Armidex .5 EOD.

Mixed in a lot of walking, kept cardio up. Went from 230ish into 210s over the 8 weeks. After cycle PCT was 3 weeks of clomid. No issues. Did bloodwork with PCP in August, cholesterol had actually improved slightly since Jan visit, but that was probably from great strides in cleaning up diet.

Question is where to go from here? I am not gonna go crazy with anabolic honestly. I’m staying off cycle from late July until Nov. Actually trying to push weight down further under 200, get body fat into 15-18% range, THEN go back on.

I have couple vials of Winny (50mg per mL) and Test Cyp (200mg) and Test E (300 mg). Have some Var and Prov left over from last cycle.

I responded well from last cycle, no major side affects, on cycle support and PCT was good. Probably gonna do bloodwork before and after, better cycle log this time out.

Should I stick with Test/Var/Prov cycle or graduate to Test/Winny?

The goal is 165-170, healthy BMI for 5’8 guy in his 40’s. And I want the 6 pack honestly, sub 12%.

But I want to be done with gear by 45, so 18 months. Maybe 3 or 4 cycles, none of them mass oriented.

Yell at me, what do I have to do. I honestly may just stick with test/var not reinvent the wheel. Save the sunny for next year as BF% goes down.

If what you did worked for you then repeat that until it does not or raise test up a bit. No need to get complicated.

Yea, that’s my thinking. I’ve heard winny is harsh and not worth it unless you are getting on stage, which I have no interest in…thanks.

It dries the joints out a bit. If your lean and want to harden up a bit it great but if your just looking to stack an oral on a test cycle anavar it tbol are great options. I prefer tbol.

Have considered Tbol.

With information and opinions I have gathered, it seems the leaner you can get natty, with diet and aerobic exercise, the cutting agents help to push through that plateau when you bottom out of your deficit.

Thats my thinking now. Spend the next <90 days getting the weight and body fat down, then go back on cycle <190 or so. Gradual, trying to maintain as much muscle as I can.

Prob more maintenance/slight surplus on caloric intake, and then when I’m back on, cut again.

At 43 you should be right in the middle of what you are doing. Get a doc that prescribes a proper amount of test C (125-200mg per week). Run that and cleanup the diet for the rest of your life. Slowly add more lifting and change up the cardio. More isn’t always better. Anavar is the only add on you should consider but really unneeded for the goal

This is a good plan but if your gonna cycle/PCT i would go higher with the test. Maybe 400-500.
190 for 10-12 weeks is not worth the shutdown. 190 or less for TRT the rest of your life is good.
