Where to Fit a Weightgainer In?

Whats up everyone…some background info…i am currently bulking, 6’1 231 12% bf, trying to get to 240 looking to find a spot to throw in a weightgainer shake (looking at universal nutrition GAINS). Here is what my daily meal set up is:

5am Brekfast 30g
6:15am workout (ON whey during workout) 30g
7:45am PW shake(ON 2:1:1 recovery) 30g
9am Meal 30g
12:30pm lunch 30g
3:00pm snack 15-20g
4:30pm (ON Whey Shake) 30g
6:00pm dinner 40g
7:30pm snack 15-20
8:30pm ON Casein 30g
9:00-9:30pm bed

Im thinking about moving lunch back and having a weightgainer around 1030am maybe lunch at 1pm (closer to PW). Any advice would be awesome thanks!!!

i’d recommend making your own. I used to do those “gainers” and really they’re just filled with a bunch of crap (even the better ones), you can use real food and get tons of healthy nutrients.

search for Popeye Smoothie, basic ingredients, loads of fruits/veggies and 740 calories

If you take a look at the ingredients on a weightgainer you would be shocked at the crap they put in there. Do what jehova and bmitch said and just make your own. You can experiment around and make some fun stuff that tastes real good.

hey dude Id go onto the animalpak forum if your thinking about buying Gains, thought about it myself, and the reviews seems good (thought it is there product :wink:

but yeh as everyone else said throw in PB tons of fresh berries, bananas, egg whites, oats blah blah…:slight_smile:

what kind of workout are you doing bro ?

Fit it in the garbage and make your own as has been said.
