So maybe I’m over thinking this.
Where exactly “behind” the nipple do gyno lumps occur?
Right behind the nipple, or further up where the lobules are?
Does it occur by the red, green, or blue dots?
Of course, I ask this because I check myself.
I’ve always had boob fat, was always a fat kid. At 15% BF now but feeling around and there are a few oblong type gland lumps where the red dot is, on both sides.
Usually directly under the nipple or pretty close to where your blue dot is. If you are feeling something where the red dot is it is either adipose tissue or muscle fiber.
If you probe around there you may feel some graininess. These can be around the size of grains of rice. This can be common in many men as there is often some tissue like that even if nothing is visible. I never knew what that was and thought that it was lymph nodes as they felt the same. This can be from a certain level of E2 or from an adverse E:T ration when both T and E appear low on blood work. With my high T levels on TRT and E2 in the lower 20’s [0-53pg/ml] things have changed. When I poke around, I can now not feel any sign of that graininess that was probably there for years.
So if you feel something there that seems minor, that might not be something of concern. If you know whats there and later feel an increase, that would be a call to action.
Some puffiness can be expected as fat comes with the glandular development. If you seem to be carrying fat there, that alone may be a call for action. If using gear that aromatizes, using adex all through a cycle is a good idea. This will also maximize your gains, energy and libido.

No sensitivity, no puffiness, etc.

If that is 15, i am 10… and i am not.
lol!
The mammory gland will be acivated in all those areas… the most prominent tend to be under the nipple, but they will be all down the lower chest.
