Seems like all the fast food companies have caved into the social pressure and are now cooking their fries in health oil. Even chips and other snack foods now say “Tras Fat: 0g” on the nutrition facts label. Where can a man go to get some good old fashioned TFAs?
TFA cant be considered ‘old fashioned’ can they, compared to the natural oils they’re relative newcomers! (only around in quantity since the 1900’s?)
ok big ole TTTTTT man, everyone thinks you’re seriously cool and throw caution to the wind.
Meat. There’s a little in there.
And I haven’t heard any inkling of a hint of any idea that trans-fats might be a good idea to eat for anyone, for any purpose, ever.
Double Stuffed Oreos
Edit: All the online nutritional info on this product say 0g trans fat, but the box in my house says 0.1g/cookie
Also most packaged “buttered” popcorn, the ones you throw into the microwave are high in transfat. I saw one with 5g of transfat per bag.
There is quite a bit in crackers and crisps of the like, triscuits are a big offender.
And @EasyRhino for the transfats thingy; elaidic = bad, vaccenic = maybe good, CLA = good
Celeste pizzas - about the only thing I’ve seen in a long times with several grams of trans fat on the label.

Yeah some frozen pizzas are suprisingly loaded with them! Oreos still got the trans fats, eh?
