LOL @ Affliction t-shirts. Didn’t know that was still “in”.

I’m the last guy to give fashion tips, but I did find a few good fitting t-shirts at Hotbodz website and if you look real hard, you may find a polo or something that does not look like a douche in a club would wear it.

Other than that, if you plan on having a chest over 50" and a waist under 40 you might as well accept that you will have to pay more to look right.

That is why you rarely see guys that big in dress clothes to begin with.

You can bet every suit you saw Ronnie Coleman in cost a good chunk of that posing money.

I mean, you may have some size on you but you by no means look freakish enough to be having that hard a time with shirts.

I also think some people in this thread are being a tad lenient with their waist measurements.
I have a 50 inch chest and a 35 inch waist currently. not freakish, but still a damn pain in the ass finding anything that tapers like that.

Edit: Actually just remeasured cause i havent in a while, chest is 51.5 inches at the nipples :slight_smile:

As far as waist goes, the pants i wear are 36x34, and i use a belt to snug em up just a tad which is where im getting the 35 from
Dude, How the hell are you fitting into 36 inch pants? Those things must fit like skinny jeans on you lol. I have to buy 38/40 inchers just to get some space for the legs. If I don’t leave my shirt hanging out over my pants I look like a well dressed homeless man.
Yep yep. Another reason I don’t believe some of these numbers. My waist is small enough right now to claim a pant size like that, but I can’t even pull a pair of 36" jeans up far enough to reach my waist so I am amazed at anyone claiming a chest over 51" but can actually slip on a pair of 36" jeans.

I have to wear a size 42 just so they fit over my legs and ass.

I think some tape measures are broken or people aren’t as swole as they think they are.
You want a picture brah? Got nothing to hide here. And as i just explained to Loudog, my legs need a lot more work. My thighs are 27", some brands with a 36 inch waist i can get up no problem, like the ones i currently wear, other brands i cant even get up to my ass.
Yeah, your legs need more work. I’m way shorter than you and when my legs were 27" they were small. At my heaviest they were over 31". I don’t need another picture of you. I’m not degrading you. Because of your height you may need to find a tailor…but don’t expect guys bigger than you to really follow along as you complain about how clothes don’t fit how big you are.

Any guy with some real size on them already knows shopping at the Gap is a waste of time.
Yes, thanks for reiterating what i already said about my legs…

As far as my chest measurements go, it sounds like you’re just trying as hard as you can to convince yourself that there’s no way i have a near 52 inch chest. You state in like 3 posts that you dont believe it and blah blah but you dont want me to actually prove it either, so not sure where you were going with that but whatever.

And i dont get how you are spinning this like some cry for attention on my part, like i am expecting big guys to “follow along.” If you look at my posting history you’d see that i rarely ever create threads – that would be because i only do so when i feel there’s a legitimate use for it.

don’t get worked up. he’s on a steady liquid diet of haterade along with his anaconda. been that way since he signed up. he’s threatened by everything.

well, You are pretty new around here, and the history is that for the longest time, every few months a thread like this would pop up, guys complaining they are so huge in the chest shoulders and arms and legs, and so lean in the waist that they cant find any clothes that fit.

got ridiculous, I think there was one who actually stated that if he flexed his legs his jeans would rip…lol

it got to be very attention-whorish…to say the least.

the majority of the board finally got a little bit sick of it, and the last few got flammed pretty bad, so these types of threads stopped showing up for a little while.

I dont doubt a guy your size has a little trouble finding stuff off the rack that looks tailored, but the vitriol directed your way is a reaction to the history this site has with these types of threads.

Alright, well thanks for shedding some light on that for me.

Actually i got about 6 or 7 honest responses that i wanted, the rest was all you guys.

you’re so deliciously passive aggressive. why don’t you just speak your mind. you sound like a chick on facebook. when do you sign up?
I did speak my mind. I was speaking generally. I mean, if you want one directed at you also, I doubt you are as lean or as built as you would like people to think you are.

There. Now you have a call out all your own. Take good care of it and love it, squeeze it, but don’t feed it after midnight.
LOL

The algebra here is more like basic math. X is hating b/c he’s trying to get lean, but he’s struggling with that as he loses mass which that little nerd from high school won’t give up like a favorite blanket.

Anyway, I detect a lot of bitch in your walk, and a lot of snitch in your talk - “bodybuilder”. Let me know when you’re ready to take off shirts AND deadlift. The way you looked at that straight bar was like you seen a ghost. LOL
I’m struggling with what? I was in an accident. Getting to the gym is a struggle so you can take all of the shit you are talking elsewhere. I was in a car accident one year ago so yeah, I usually avoid deadlifts and damn sure can’t do one now.

And with all of that you still feel challenged. That says a lot. I seriously doubt you would look the same after all of that.
I almost reached for the world’s smallest violin but then I remembered I’m:

Turning 47 this month;
Have cervical disc disease C3-7;
Have bi-lateral radiculopathy;
Arthritis C3-7;
Plates and screws C3-7 from prior surgery;
Cannot tolerate even 15 minutes of static sitting or standing;
chronic pain (including frequent headaches) and shitty sleep as a result of the above.

Is that enough dick measuring for you? Do you have another scar you want to show me?

Anyway, since I wasn’t raised by my mama, and I don’t have female tendencies like worrying about another dude’s measurements, I’ll simply wish you a full and speedy recovery so that sometime before I die I might hear about you stepping on stage as a “bodybuilder” so I can congratulate you.

And for goodness sake, stay far from zerchers and straight bars lest you rupture a bicep!

Only you could turn a thread about clothes into this shit. Anyway, you have the perfect mental make-up of a bodybuilder. Now go be one.

i just measured my legs, just a tad under 27". I have a 34 inch waist, and I have no trouble getting old navy relaxed fit jeans over my thighs.

I know by most standards 27" thighs is NOT big, but remember how short I am. so I doubt all the claims by so many members of this board that they have to buy pants 2-3 sizes too big to get them to fit over their legs.
dude, they are wearing 42" jeans to fit over their fucking bellies. and by the way, you’re looking good…or is that your wife? i’m not sure who i’ve been looking at. LOL

haha, i change my avatar, it was a hot big booty model, my current one is my wife and I.

btw, i just read all your cervical spine issues, fuck, it sounds just like what I have, and yes, i too have radiculopathy, and cant sit or stand in a static position for any length of time.

FML,

add to that a partial torn meniscus in my left knee, total triceps tendon rupture in my left, a severe recent quad and hamstring tear (the quad tear was damn close to needing surgery)

ya, i get you, most of the guys our age who have been serious about heavy lifting for a LONG time, have plenty of scars and injuries to “brag” about, so it is hard to be impressed by others injuries when you have a list of your own.

X turned a thread about clothes into a dick measuring contest? Nooooooo it cant be!

LOL.

Most of these threads about clothes that don’t fit ARE dick measuring contests. Why else do you think all of these measurements are being thrown around. I simply said I think some are exaggerating. If that bothers you…why?

goddammit! i have to agree with x again. shit. let this thread die, but not before i get a chance to mention another measurement of mine or post another flattering pic of myself.

wait a fucking minute. there must be something weird with my proportions or something. I wear 34x30, and and like a foot shorter than you, and some cuts of jeans, the 30’s are a tad too short when i wear anything with a heel, like boots, for those i have to buy 34x32.

how is it my legs are that long for my midget status or your legs that short despite being fairly tall?

Well some would probably say that measurements are pertinent to the thread. Although now it has somehow turned into call-outs and dick measuring over who’s tougher and can die the most times and come back to life and who’s cervix hurts the most. (real mature of me to throw that last bit in, i know)

I am sure my cervix hurts more than yours.

Let’s see more of your wife, buddy - how SHE does and doesn’t fit in certain clothes. Tell us about HER. And SHOW us about her. THAT’s what we’re here for now.
You’re just looking to increase your dick measurement.
