Please tell me you are intelligent enough to know that all of the cases/accusations against Trump were egregious abuses of “Lawfare” and not objective at all.
And I love how people love to use the exact phrase “convicted felon” as if that instantly makes Trump a dangerous, bad person. We all know that that phrase is meant with very evil connotations, yet supposedly over-inflating property value or having documents at your personal residence doesn’t really strike me as a dangerous, evil person. The left loved using the phrase convicted felon but guess what, it didn’t work on intelligent Americans who saw right through the left’s unjust persecution of Trump.
You look like Patrick Bateman here.
Although, I can’t imagine ol’ Bateman would wear sandals. LOL.
Did you just finish burying a ho when you took this picture?
Hope the grave wasn’t too shallow. Or the ho.
Ha!
I was sure I learned it either from you or the @BrickHead.
I disagree on this one. There is a perfectly good argument for having a national popular vote for president with a reasonably secure system in-place, but there is a better argument for having an electoral college and allowing states to choose however they want to award their electors.
With any luck, this push of authority back to the state level will continue. With a bit more luck, we’ll get political hacks out of our census department as well.
@darnell_becker We’re governed by a weird cult of religious zealots here in progressive Maine. It makes Mississippi’s fundamentalist Christian leadership look like enlightened scientific scholars by comparison. See our voting system and complete incorporation of the idea that Laurel Hubbard was the best choice to represent New Zealand as a female heavyweight weightlifter in the 2020 Olympics.
I’ll take the 10 Commandments and an opt-out for evolution instruction in public schools instead, please.
But then the individual States would have a lot less States’ rights.
When the United States was formed, that (if I’m not mistaken) was precisely how some of the individual states were convinced to sign on. And even the smallest states having a say in the overall picture is why we have electoral college votes.
But now I’m all for the electoral college because I don’t want Gavin NewScum and his ilk telling me how to live, or taxing me to death so he can steal the money for his upcoming election campaigns.
