Hey guys, I’ve been going to the gym since I was 17, I’m now 24.
I’m 6’ and 184 lbs.
Currently, 6 days a week, I am doing 300 workouts* which are 10 sets of distinct exercises at 30 reps with 45 second breaks max. These are different every day depending on what I want to concentrate on.
My diet is pretty much eggs for breakfast, lean chicken or fish with salad and lots of trail mix and fruit with some variations. I also take GNC MegaMan Sport vitamin supplements and WheyBolic Extreme 60 protein shakes after every workout.
I’m looking for critique, you can be brutally honest, that’s the best form of criticism.
*(I don’t want to post the website and source of the 300 workout because I don’t know the rules for these forums but it’s not the movie test exercise routine the actors did)
YOur left oblique (right one in the picture) looks very VERY weird. I’m not sure what to make of it. Your routine probably involves an over-abundance of heavy side-bends and direct oblique-work. apart from that…traps are non-existent, arms are on the smaller side (but decent) and lats are small-ish. YOur legs may need work sicne they appear a little small in the pictures (even with pants).

I think there’s an item pinned to the wall right behind his left oblique that’s making it look distorted. That, and the compression of the photo so it’ll fit on the forum post is creating jagged edges at the profile of his body.
I’ll put up a pic of my legs as soon as i can, i didn’t know what to post as i am a first timer. and i definitely don’t know how to pose.
I’ve always been in shape, neither fat nor thin, just haven’t tried to put on much muscle until recently. and that’s a diamond shaped mirror behind my left oblique in the first shot, the resizing this website does takes away from the quality of the shots (pixelation occurs).
but consensus is that i need to beef up the traps. I’d like to be proportionate.
Hey man, Id say you look pretty damn good, i agree with all the traps comments, but other than that keep doing what your doing. And uhm, im pretty shure you could post the site where you got the workouts…theres no rule against it.
