Last full-fledged one was last July. WTF? Is he in hiding?
Obama had a press conference in February, three months ago
He had one in January after the failed Christmas day bomb attempt, 4 months ago.
If Obama gave a lot of press conferences, you’d whine that it’s too many, blah blah blah Liberal Media, playing to reporters – because you’re a troll.
You never complained about how few press conferences Bush gave - less than Obama - why not?

lol do you have to ask?
Obama’s team has controlled thier message from day one of his first campaign - why would they change that now?

duoh - no, all political campaigns TRY to control their message - Obama’s team actually accomplishes it . . .
Why so few? Because he’s playing golf.
Basically, if he had more press conferences, you conservatards would all be jerk each other off while proclaiming he spends too much time in front of the camera instead of doing his job.
And Mak breaks in with yet another amazingly astute observation on the things he thinks about all day . . .
There are so many things to hate about Obama, this is not one of them.
I actually like not seeing him as often, he doesn’t have anything to say that is worth listening to.
You can watch him on Letterman or MTV, every other day.

You DO know the difference between a general press conference, where he can be asked about anything, and a restricted-venue conference where he can only be asked prearranged and predefined questions? God some of you blokes are…well, for want of a better phrase, dumber than a bag of doughnuts.

"Observers couldnâ??t help but notice the irony: President Barack Obama on Monday signed the Press Freedom Act, then refused to take any questions from members of the press.
In a broader sense, the event was another demonstration of Obamaâ??s standoffish relationship with the news media â?? despite his campaign vow of a â??transparentâ?? administration.
Obama has not fielded questions at a full-blown press conference since way back on July 22, 2009.
President George H.W. Bush had nearly three press conferences a month. Bill Clinton and Lyndon Johnson convened an average of about two a month, Ronald Reagan had less than one press conference every two months, and Richard Nixon averaged one every seven weeks.
That first pic is classic. You should make it your avatar HH!

Negative, answering reporters’ questions is part of his job.
You need to up your game.

I’m pretty sure you won’t, but don’t let your heart break when this doesn’t happen and yes. Making himself accountable to the public through a free and open press is part of an American president’s job.
I for one do not demand unhealthy work habits out of ANY president. They need time to themselves and their families to relax and refresh. I’d rather see them on a golf course or somewhere else here and there than stressed to the point of snapping all the time. They’re only men after all.
This guy is avoiding open press conferences because unscripted he is a PR disaster and his people know it.
