I have bought some Curcumin 500 to prevents jointpains, but I do not know when to take it. Or does the timing matter at all? When do you guys take it? Morning, evening, pre, post training etc?

i take mine in the morning between breakfast and lunch, i workout in the late afternoon…i dont think the timing of the supplement really matters??
