SO i just got my order of HOT-ROX and i was wondering how long after taking it can you eat food? It says take with empy stomach but doesnt say how long to wait till you can eat.
I usually wait about 20 minutes, as that’s how long it takes to get the “working” sensation for me. I like the burn, so I usually don’t dilute it with food.
It really doesn’t matter.
The reason for the instruction is that scientific studies are most commonly done in that manner, because it is best to mimimize variables. While it would also be possible to require consumption of a standard meal, that generally is not preferred, and further there would be question as to what happens in the real world with different meals.
So when clinical studies were done, they were done on empty stomach.
Generally speaking though the self-microemulsifying method that is used to enhance bioavailability has been shown to work just as well with food as with an empty stomach. So, I would not worry about it. Whatever suits your personal preference is fine.
