I been doing it after upper body day and lower body days yet the program in the first article states only after lower body main movements? Which one is it?
What you have been doing is fine, CT, had mentioned in one of the livespill’s that one of the reasons he hadn’t mentioned eccentric-less work after the upper-body days was partly because he didn’t want to overload us with too much information all at once.
Personally, i do sled work 4-5x per week, as he stated in one of the videos, in regards to frequency, you can do as much eccentric-less work as you can tolerate.
