When to Carb Load?

I’m doing a low carb diet right now and it’s working well but I am noticing that my strength is starting to slide down.

Currently I have 1 cheat day every 2 weeks in which I eat anything I want.

My question is should I maybe eat healthy carbs every 4th day in the morning or something in order to take advantage that I might not atrophy as much and that I can probably have better workouts with the extra carbs.

If I did have a small load day every 4th day, would it affect my fat loss negatively?
If I did the every 4th day carbs, could I possibly still have the cheat day every 2 weeks?

Some info.

Really good info on there, Though I might have to buy some protein supplement on the carb up days since I make my meat in oil.

I still don’t understand some parts though. The guys are talking about eating cereal and pancakes with syrup, but low in fat. I’m pretty sure that’s what got me fat in the first place, well I ate quite a bit of fats as well.

I’ve been eating carbs most of my life, have some symptoms of what people would call “insulin resistence”. While I’m not obese, I am 6’0 at 220-225 lbs with a decent amount of muscle.

What would someone recommend my frequency of carb loads be? 7-8 days maybe?

man I feel dumb now, there was a massive thread on carb cycling like 3 threads below mine which explained most of my questions.
