Well, with those humongous amt of hours worked, at least BiBjr’s college fund should be filling up.

just another random day-
felt kinda weak and shitty
db snatches - off to a good start
pulls felt ok wanted more ran out of gas.
did a set or two of high pulls- my shoulder did not like these at all
front squat - made the headache I got from pulling worse.
air humps- missed these - felt great.
dips and pullups-
dips don’t bother anything pull-ups might be off the menu for a while.
box jumps I think these where 42’ they where taller then 36 so who knows.

today my forearms are sore as hell - maybe from the dips?
go figure
