Of course they do! Why should they have to pay some white guy just because he owns a building?

Because in their racist minds they can’t imagine there are black landlords. They can’t imagine that a black person could become a landlord.

This is a separate Marxist movement from BLM. There are landlords of all races, but once you own property you become part of the bourgeoisie and are a target.
