You guys have some SERIOUS reading comprehension failure. Here’s what I wrote:

"I believe you wrote in a thread earlier this year that you only give your husband sex on your anniversary, as in ONCE A YEAR, so you would qualify as a sex-withholding manipulative bitch. (unless you were joking, if so, I apologize - if not, my assertion stands)

I believe you can take your “holier than thou” attitude and shove it up your judgmental little ass."

I NEVER called her a bitch. READ. COMPREHEND.

Let me break it down:
I BELIEVE YOU WROTE (as in, I recall having read something SHE DID IN FACT WRITE)
YOU ONLY GIVE YOUR HUSBAND SEX ONCE A YEAR (she DID write this, and it pertained to the discussion)
THAT WOULD QUALIFY YOU AS (as in, IF IT WERE TRUE, THOSE ACTIONS would mean XYZ)
UNLESS YOU WERE JOKING, IF NOT MY ASSERTION STANDS (as in, I’m leaving room for being wrong about it and apologizing for being crass if I’m mistaken)

Do you guys have a third grade reading level or something? According to the ENGLISH LANGUAGE, GRAMMAR and LOGIC, I never called her a bitch because I qualified my statement. I ALLOWED for the fact that she may have been joking (OE, my legendary ability to read people kicked in! LOL)

I did tell her to shove her sarcasm up her ass, though. I did write that. And you will notice, I never apologized for it, because what she wrote about me WAS sarcastic and based on assumption putting words in my mouth that I didn’t write. I accepted HER apology for writing it… As in SHE apologized to ME for what SHE WROTE… Like an adult…

SHE wrote a check that I chose to cash, we arrived at an understanding, in a civilized manner, and as far as I’m concerned, are fine. Now you guys want to jump on MY ass? Puff is grown woman. From what I’ve read, she’s a pretty fucking intelligent woman with some decent life experience that she’s chosen to share. She wrote something that I chose to respond to. I’ve called PLENTY of posters out before, but now you guys want to ride in on your white horse and “defend her”? WHY? Because she has a vagina she can do no wrong? I’m pretty sure she’s perfectly capable of defending herself and the very idea that you believe that she isn’t shows your sexism and deep seated misogyny. You had an automatic, knee jerk reaction to defend the damsel in distress. Fellas, she’s not “yours” to defend, and besides that, she doesn’t need defending. If she chose to take a break, so what? That’s her choice, not mine. She’s a grown fucking woman…

I treat everyone the same, EVEN IF THEY HAVE A VAGINA. Unlike the “white knights”, who feel they have to ride in with their butthurtness and passive aggressive bullshit because someone with a vagina had an unpleasant internet exchange that ended up being civil… There are billions of people on this planet with a vagina, you guys should get out more.

I defended you in this matter, but I would like to point out that there are the very rare male posters who would receive the same treatment. Nephorm comes immediately to mind as being someone who would have been encircled by other posters if someone got swear-y at him. No one ever did because he was so tactful and polite. THAT is is what’s happening with PP, in my opinion. She’s gentle. People are calling for gentle treatment.

However, as stated previously, she employed sarcasm, which muddies all the waters.

I’ve left and come back before, too. To be honest, the fighting on here has been good for me. I’m less easily pushed now than I was when I stumbled in here.

So I’ll wait for you to come back and talk clothes with me, PP. I wore this outfit to work today and received a half-dozen compliments while feeling completely comfy (though I had cotton leggings on, so it was less WHOA LEGS).
